Oppo A53 refreshed as budget smartphone with Snapdragon 460
Shortly after the launch of Oppo A52 in April this year, the company had started working on the successor. The successor is going to debut as the Oppo A53 followed by the Oppo A series naming convention. But the Oppo A53 was already in the market since December 2015, then why it shares the same name? It’s been 5 years since the old Oppo A53 is in the market, perhaps it won’t make any confusion among in the consumers the company might be thinking. Anyways the new Oppo A53 does not relate to the old Oppo A53 rather it relates to the Oppo A52.
The phone already went through major certification authorities including NBTC, FCC, BIS and GeekBench. Since then the rumours around the phone has ranted up, we can expect the launch around the near corner. Through the certification process, the outlines of the device have been leaked. Design-wise the phone looks similar to the Oppo A52, but feature-wise you could see the difference.
